The power of Janglers is unleashed when you follow a few running form basics:

 

  • Hold them with a relaxed grip.
  • Your goal is a full forward swing with a return down beside your hip.
  • By slightly rounding the top and bottom of your swing the ball inside the ball will rotate smoothly. No rattling.
  • Goals are: Forward lean, high knee return, brisk cadence .
  • Try being aggressive up hills or powering out of corners. It’s fun!
